BASIC PLANNING
For couples who have already planned out their wedding, but want someone to handle the nitty gritty details- the final weeks out & facilitate the day of the event to guarantee a seamless & fun event!
6 weeks prior to your wedding, Middleton Events will meet with you for a final walk through to discuss the details of the wedding day & start to finalize and manage the components to guarantee a flawless event. During the final month, Middleton Events will take over communication with all vendors, & update all teams with final numbers and details to help ease any unwanted anxiety or stress as things start to wrap up!

FULL SERVICE PLANNING
This service includes planning, styling, and coordinating for those who desire complete management of their wedding day. From the invitations to your getaway car, Middleton Events puts together an elite team of professionals to make sure everything is exactly how you want it to be. With monthly meetings & unlimited phone calls & emails, we will help you select all vendors, discuss & manage a budget, create & maintain a monthly checklist that ensures all details are accomplished in a timely manner and assist with styling the wedding of your dreams!

PARTIAL PLANNING
We aren't just planners; we also design! From hand- selecting your creative team & designing inspiration boards, to setting up and styling all the design elements, we are with you every step of the way. WHAT IS THE TYPICAL PROCESS FOR MIDDLETON EVENTS?
The moment we receive an inquiry, we hit the ground running. We will reach out to you to via phone call/ email to get to know you better & gather any information needed to provide you with the best service & package that would best fit what you're looking for.
Once we've sent out a contract & it has been signed, a 50% retainer fee is due. After we've received the contract and payment we start the planning process. You will receive a bridal questionnaire to fill out to help us get to know you better to ensure we make your wedding dreams come true.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DO A YEAR?
We average between 25-30 weddings per year. This numbers allows us to focus on each of our clients and give them the best service & attention they deserve.
WHAT ARE YOU BUSINESS HOURS?
We operate typically on normal business hours (Monday- Friday; 9:00-5:00), however weekends are typically booked up with events so if you don't hear from us, we will get back to you by Monday morning at the latest.
