ESSENTIAL PLANNING
For couples who took the initiative to plan their wedding but want someone to take over managing the vital details and coordination in the final weeks, through completion of wedding day - this packages contains the crucial elements to ensure your event is everything you could hope for. Six weeks prior to your wedding, we will meet with you at your venue to review the details of your wedding day. From this point on, we will finalize and manage all components to guarantee a seamless event. No later than 30 days from the event, we will communicate all details and continue to provide adjustments to your vendor teams to eliminate any unwanted stress and anxiety and ensure peace of mind throughout your wedding day.

ESSENTIAL PLANNING & DESIGN
We aren’t just planners, we’re also designers! From hand selecting your creative team, developing your design deck, styling all components of your wedding & facilitating the set up - we are with you every step of the way. If you have diverse taste or are stumped on how to make everything you envision come together - we’ve got you covered. It’s our goal to make your wedding day reflect you! Each wedding we design is specific to our clients’ taste and we maintain a lineup of experienced vendors who will make your vision a reality. WHAT IS THE TYPICAL PROCESS FOR MIDDLETON EVENTS?
The moment we receive an inquiry, we hit the ground running. We will reach out to you to via phone call/ email to get to know you better & gather any information needed to provide you with the best service & package that would best fit what you're looking for.
Once we've sent out a contract & it has been signed, a 50% retainer fee is due. After we've received the contract and payment we start the planning process. You will receive a bridal questionnaire to fill out to help us get to know you better to ensure we make your wedding dreams come true.
HOW MANY WEDDINGS DO YOU DO A YEAR?
We average between 25-30 weddings per year. This numbers allows us to focus on each of our clients and give them the best service & attention they deserve.
WHAT ARE YOU BUSINESS HOURS?
Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Consultations must be scheduled in advance for after business hours.
Weekends are typically reserved for our events. Please leave us a message & we will get back to you the following business day.
